After 6 years of working in the Real Estate Valuation and Advisory sector Michaela set up her own consultancy firm, Pointe Michel. This came from a desire to provide developers, housing associations and community groups with the tools and advice needed to: build more affordable housing, manage their development process and to open up under-invested property markets. Pointe Michel’s focus is on projects that promote socially responsible outcomes. Such as affordable housing, investment in the local community and job creation for local people.
As a surveyor Michaela has worked in the UK, France and South Africa allowing her to cultivate a truly global perspective on property development, valuation and advice. Michaela is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a Registered Valuer.
