Dot began her real estate career in 2012, after completing her Master’s degree in Urban Regeneration and Development and Undergraduate degree in Urban Studies and Town Planning. Dot is an affordable housing valuation consultant to Pointe Michel, lending her vast experience to the firm. She has specialised in the valuation of affordable housing since 2013, working mostly on the valuation of large portfolios of tenanted social housing stock. She also has experience of pricing affordable housing portfolios for sale and purchase, as well as working with Registered Providers to provide advice and carry out valuations for internal purposes.
Dot is a big lover of the outdoors and loves most outdoor activities, including hiking, open water swimming, cycling and snowboarding, as well as walking her dog. She also volunteers in her spare time, providing support to asylum seekers and refugees in Bradford.
Adewole Ademolake MRICS
Development Management Consultant
Adewole’s career in real estate started in 2010 when he graduated with an undergraduate degree in Building Surveying. He then studied for a Masters’s degree in Real Estate Development and Investment. Adewole is a Development Management consultant to Pointe Michel, utilising his vast experience managing development projects for clients. He has extensive experience working on small sites and large-scale regeneration projects. His expertise ranges from managing single-unit sites to large-scale development projects. He has experience working for Housing Associations, Local Authorities and private house builders. He can assist clients with development strategies, producing programmes, development appraisals, managing projects from inception and negotiating s.106 agreements.
Adewole is a blogger and enjoys running and swimming. He is a father of two young children and is involved in his local church.
Chantel Griffin
Team Secretary
Chantel has led an impressive career as a Personal Assistant, Virtual Assistant and Health and Safety Manager. Whilst the career paths were furthest from being similar in title, they all demanded a well-organized individual which she certainly is.
She is passionate about her work and prides herself in guiding her team in the facilitation of their tasks in an efficient, organised and accurate manner.
Chantel loves scrapbooking and also has four dogs (including a naughty rottweiler puppy) to keep her busy when she is not at work.
